Not to be pedantic, but Revelstoke isn’t in the Rockies… It’s between the Selkirks and the Monashees.

It’s a minor peeve of mine, as a relative of many, many Euros… Tourists often refer to everything west of Calgary and all the way out to the Pacific ocean as “the Rocky Mountains” but anyone who’s spent time in the area knows that there are several distinct ranges and they each have very distinct characteristics and climates. One could certainly set out sight seeing in the Rockies from Revelstoke, but they’d need to fly ~100 km east over the Selkirks or Purcells first.
Edit: Looking on Wikipedia, the Purcells, Selkirks and Monashees are all classified as sub-ranges of the Columbia mountains. Maybe it would be best to say “Revelstoke Airport offers a great base for fire fighting, sightseeing & heli skiing around the Columbia mountains”?
Hello, so far I didn’t make any trailer kind of videos around airports / scenery. But I’ll make one from a add on scenery I have and share it here later.
