I found lots of contrails painted on the ground between Las Vegas and Sedona on my flight today. Must have been a busy day when the tiles were photographed.

None of them were made by MSFS aircraft 
If all you are seeing is contrails, you’re doing well:
Realistically though, if you are going to use satellite imagery and AI to model the world, you are going to get odd things appearing sometimes.
