After setting up a controller profile such as a TCA Sidestick or XBox Controller, it would be nice to have the ability to see as a reminder on one screen, all of the buttons and axis which have been mapped to functions.

I’ve changed your post from a Official Microsoft Flight Simulator > Wishlist to User Support Hub > User Interface & Activities as this functionality exists - just set Filters: to “Assigned”. For example, these are my settings for an xbox controller:
