Brief description of the issue:
I am unable to edit any controls in the controls setting, I can click and double click on any settings and the window to edit the controls does not show up, I have also tried to change profiles but that does not work either

Just going into the settings and trying to change the binding of controls
PC specs and/or peripheral set up if relevant:
3700x and 3080
