If the FS2024 “Unit of Measurements” setting is set to “Metric System” or “U.S. System” mode, the conversion between kilograms and pounds does not match. The weights are incorrect.

When creating a bug report, please DO NOT delete the template and filled in all relevant fields, in particular the reproduction steps section. They are important for the devs to reproduce and users to contribute to it.
Seems the issue you are reporting is affecting the “Total Mass” section and not the “Fuel” one. Also issue only happens when using metric or hybrid. It seems to keep using the lbs unit of measure instead of the kg one.
Fuel indications conversion looks ok to me. It’s the total mass, where no conversion is done, just the units have changed.
I don’t use weight in kg. But if you care you should make a proper bug report. I would then confirm it too.
