What you see in the Content Manager is not an update—it’s the core content of Microsoft Flight Simulator.
The message “Relaunch the game to update” simply means that this folder will automatically check for updates every time you launch Microsoft Flight Simulator.
If there are no new packages to download, you’ll have no updates to download.
