5800x3D still better than new 7000 series

The reviews are coming in on the new AMD 7000 CPUs. It looks like the x3D will stay on top for MSFS. This is good news for those in the market for a CPU upgrade as the value of the 5800x3D should be solid with the cheaper AM4 platform. Maybe we will see an improvement with 7000 series x3D but probably another 6 months before those are released.

Is it worth a CPU or RAM upgrade?

I guess we will always be chasing the next best thing! Other than micro stutters around dense airports, etc, my sim runs fairly well. I’m contemplating a CPU and/or RAM upgrade. What are your thoughts? And is it worth it at this point in time? I know this is all subjective, but just picking some brains! My current setup is: X570 Pro 32GB 3200 Ryzen 5 5600x 3080Ti Plenty of cooling Win 10 34" widescreen @1440

Hi, I do not know anything about hardware. I have a computer with an AMD 5950X CPU. Should I change to a 5800X3D processor? Will I get any performance boost? Thank you.
