Crash to desktop after 1 gig update [1.6.34.0]

RTX5090 no addons was working fine with the new sim update
4 but the latest update has killed it out right for me. It was crashing to desktop at the globe and even at the airport and globe panning out but is has degraded further after using the FIX IT option in advanced app setting in windows. Won’t\stalls at 54% registering packages. Totally un useable.

EDIT:
I got mine working.
CHKDSK /f /r
reset bios to defaults
RESET app in windows app section
installed the latest NVidia drivers

After doing this the sim was able to get past the 54% and runs normal.
My summary is, I had corrupted files.

Any details? Crash on load, starting a flight, during flight, …

3070ti here, multiple flights today, no issues so far on that build.

Did the update today. Got into the game and airport and during the 3 minute flight it just went straight to desktop. All the rest of my attempts have resulted in desktop in and around the globe, putting codes for airports for example, the view shifts, locks and BOOM!!! desktop. This the first time MSFS has really crashed for me. In the event log it mentions vmplayer.dll

This rings a bell. When you say the view shifts, did you do this, or was it uncommanded?

It has progressively gotten worse now won’t load past 54% registering packages. See my edit in the ORG post

I’m having the same issue since the 1 gigabyte update. I have had to reinstall three times it has happened on two different pc’s one with a 5090 and one with a 9070xt.
