Crashing again to desktop when launching the game from the initial launcher. Second time now in a month... Please don't make me reinstall again

I was playing Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 last night without issue. Today I turned my PC on hoping for another fun session of simming but once again my game has started CTD on the launching game section of the initial launcher (MS Store).

Click on the shortcut to launch the game.

PC specs and peripheral set up:

PC specs:
AMD Ryzen 5800X3D(running at stock speeds)
32GB of 3600Mhz DDR4 Crucial Ballistix RAM (running at stock speeds)
Nividia Founders Edition 3060Ti (running at stock speeds)
MSI B550 Tommahawk MB.
Asus Xonar Essence STX sound card
WD NVME SSD

Latest AMD chipset Drivers.
Latest Windows 11 stable / general release - up-to-date.
Nvidia 531.29 latest stable drivers.
Latest BIOS update.

All other games and sims work just fine.

Fixes / troubleshooting tried:
Memtest86 passes 5 passes fine.
Prime95 etc passes just fine.
Disabling Windows audio service.
Disabling all other audio devices.
Launching as admin.
SFC /Scannow
DISM online cleanup
checkdisk

Last time I could only fix this by having to reinstall the whole MS flight sim 2020, which takes around 3 days of downloading!!!

There is no fault bucket ID as I get no option to check for solutions. It just crashes to desktop like nothing happened.

I am really not too happy with my purchase…
