Crashing or freezing on every flight Xbox Series X

Hello. I have tried 3 flights this morning. 2 from London hethrow and one from Regan. Flying the Airbus beluga. All 3 flights, within 5 mins of takeoff, the game freezes and never resumes. I’ve waited 15 mins each time and it never unfreezes. There was also one game crash when slecting airport. This is on series x xbox
