Create Companies sometimes bugged

ISSUE DESCRIPTION

Description of the issue:
Create companies sometimes bug out. The Aerial advert was greyed out for a long time after completing prerequisites. Also, the Medevac company is greyed out too, and can create one. Pic attached.

Do you have the same issue if you follow the OP’s steps to reproduce it?
• Sorta but not exactly. I was able at one point to buy the flightseeing missions, but after watching some youtube videos, I decided to wait to get the cargo company. Now, it only shows I have 2/3 specialisations on the flightseeing company and 1 on the cargo, despite having completed the first SAR fixed wing mission. Now, I havent done any of the rotary wing stuff but I dont think that would count. I hope not.

• I have enough money to buy several of the companies but it still is greyed out like OPs pic.

• You can see I have enough for the Cargo company or the Flightseeing company but theyre greyed out.
