CRJ 700 checklist is blank - is there one I can install

I don’t normally use an in game checklist.

I was wanting to modify the CRJ 700 as a specific checklist for flying an ILS approach, but I discovered there is no checklist at all, just a blank box when opening checklist from the toolbar.

Can anyone explain to me how I can populate this drop down box with a standard or modified checklist?

Did you ever figure this out or find a MSFS checklist for the CRJ 700 to add to the in-game checklists?

I would recommend using FSFO (link below) and buying CRJ one; its about 12 USD and according to the video that guy posted, the virtual FS will and can completely go through the checklist and program FMS if need be.
