Brief description of the issue:
I have recently purchased the CRJ from the marketplace, and i have encountered an issue, the IRS Switches and all the pedestal switches are stuck in the OFF Position, and can’t be moved, unless I change the the aircraft mode to ready for taxi or ready for start up, and even then if I take the aircraft back to cold and dark the switches does not function.
