Should be under the Controls menu, then under Power Management > Throttle. Similar to this:

This is indeed the solution, it is explained in the documentation, but people are not reading it apparently xD
I am having issues with flaps though, I can only select 0 or full flaps, I will have to check in the documents tomorrow.
I set it with reference to this video and it worked in my environment.

So, the configuration worked well for me, but I got 35% N1 when being idle. Is that normal?
For me the throttle works but not functional. I got the feedback from the instruments and sounds but the throttle wont move inside the cockpit.
I need help with this too. My throttle works except for reverse:
ERROR: Engine #1: REV MAX overlaps IDLE
ERROR: Engine #2: REV MAX overlaps IDLE
