When I insert a flight plan into the FMC on the CRJ700 it forgets what I put and I have to reprogram it does anyone know why this happens?
Do you press the execute button after entering and before changing pages?
Yes but when I set the throttle to idle it resets
Can you write a quick summary or record a video of the steps you take? Makes it easier to troubleshoot when we know what you are doing 
also look around the aerosoft forum if you can find related issues!
