Takeoff in the CRJ 700 and 900, flaps 8 or 20 and thrust/ throttle set on toga. Right after liftoff I get the infamous black screen saying I’ve over stressed the airframe. My takeoff pitch is just above 5. It does not do this every time but I’m using same settings. Any help to what is going wrong please.

I live in a world where aircraft overstress “simulation” is turned off, and it’s a beautiful world 
It’s just not modeled properly for many planes. Now I don’t stress over it anymore.

I don’t have the CRJ so not sure if you can open the cockpit windows (or a door). In case yes, make sure they are closed prior taking off.

I had it almost every time with the PMDG and FBW on my 2nd leg. As already mentioned, switch the damage simulation off. It doesn’t work properly with add on aircraft.
I have the same issue, no other solution than turn off over stressed option
