CRJ Throttle problem with Saitek Pro Flight Quadrant

Since SU13, I cannot get the throttles to move . I can move them pushing with the mouse but not physically with the actual throttle.
I have tried the Throttle Calibration on the EFB to no avail. I have it assigned to THROTTLE AXIS L Axis-X.
Any clues appreciated thanks.

I finally figured out that the CRJ requires a different throttle binding to other aircraft, and after applying this, problem solved. I was amazed I got no assistance with this on the forums after 105 views.
