CTD after Clicking the "FS2020" App

I have the FS 2020 premium deluxe version on PC.
When I installed it 2 days ago it runs for 2 hours without any problem. Yesterday i couldn´t play.
So today I tried to play again and clicked the app in the start menu. Computer is working, then i got a “Black screen” with white around it… and CTd. No Loading Screen nothing, it stops without any message or something.

I tried login out at MS account, login in and so on. Other games run without any problem.
Repair funtion also did not helped. What can i do? No chance to get into the Game.

what does it mean. Former you wrote you had a running game already. Now you mentioned ctd while download…

is unfortunately a common error and topics like Crash to desktop without error message - #4387 by ThewyClock374 mention lot of possible reasons.

Can you also share some basic infos about your system specs ?
( because you ignored the issue template , we have to ask for all necessary info again… which is not so nice )

In case you own 16GIG RAM, please check your windows pagefile setting first.

I also assume that you have no mods installed.

Ah, to maek it clear: I found the problem. RAM was damaged… new RAM is now here it runs without anyprobelm… ah only the new update on XBOX making problems with mouse view…
