I have since yesterday this sort of CTD.
I have this when he says that the Internet conncetion is too low and i put it on and Press on save it freezes.
In the past i have no problems at all that i put the Photogrammery on midflight.
It really annoying.

I’ve also got this problem: I haven’t changed anything with the game or my Internet connection, and MSFS has started to boot me to offline mode at the start of the flight. Attempting to re-enable photogrammetry CTDs.

Can also confirm, experienced this CTD several times over the past 2 days. My internet speeds are over 1000mpb with 200mbp upload.

Once I receive the ‘low bandwith’ error, I re-enable photogrammetry data manually and it causes MSFS to CTD.

I also have gotten the Low Bandwidth warning for the first time ever.

My speeds are 338 Mbps down and 10 Mbps up.

Same here as well.

Yesterday I had the low bandwidth message and was kicked offline twice. On each occasion the sim froze and then CTD.

This is the first CTD I have had in ages as in weeks and maybe months. Internet is okay too, about 70. And not made any changes to my settings, no win 10 updates and no nvidia updates either.

Also have low bandwith warnings after latest update (never had that before). Had one CTD, but only after switchting to online again. All others went fine without CTD.

Do you have the same issue if you follow the OP’s steps to reproduce it?

Yes

A message. ‘‘Stating low bandwidth moving you to offline mode’’

same issue today 3 times. never had problems with CTDs before that. first i thought it was maybe due to the live weather bug so i used a preset on the last flight. however that wasnt the case obviously.

eventviewer is just the generic errorcode 1000

here is a clip of it happening.

Also the same issue, CTD after warning of being switched to offline/low bandwidth warning, I have 500mbps internet and haven’t had any connection issues with any other program. This really ought to be fixed as I have been constantly disconnected over the past week.

Do you have the same issue if you follow the OP’s steps to reproduce it?

Yes

Provide extra information to complete the original description of the issue:

Same situation as already described on three flights now, exactly like in the video shown above. The bandwidth warning pops up, switch to offline mode occurs and the sim crashes even without actions taken on the dialogues.

The issue was encountered with multiplayer and traffic switched to off, Bing data and live weather was on.

A Fault Bucket ID is not provided on the first information after the CTD happened, however one is provided on the second information. The full details are provided as following:

Experiencing the same as OP and other users, since a couple of weeks now. Speedtest is giving me 150Mbps up and 35Mbps down with a ping of 19 ms.

Same issue.

I get these bandwidth warnings all the time despite having a solid 300 Mbps internet connection. They always say ‘reconnected’ within 5 seconds.

I just really, really wish they’d make these pop ups less intrusive. It shouldn’t be locking flight controls requiring you to click a button or disabling online scenery like this; it’s so frustrating, especially if it happens on final and you end up crashing. Just make it a little notification with no interaction.

I had the same issue. I removed the ROLLINGCACHE.CCC file in my main MSFS directory (my directory cache) and created it again from scratch in the Rolling Cache Settings menu in the sim. Then I renamed the ROLLINGCACHE.CCC file to MANUALCACHE.CCC, and then created the ROLLINGCACHE.CCC file in the Sim again.
Now, I have two files MANUALCACHE.CCC and ROLLINGCACHE.CCC. It helped me get rid of CTD.

you tell the sim that the former RCache file is now the Manuall.Cache file ? I assume that Manual
ccc will be ignored, at least we not know whether both have same file-format.

In each case, dont set the size of RC to a useless high value. If you assume issues, disable RCache or set a low size, e.g. 2gig. There are topics about problems in special where users set the RCache file size to extrem values, which nobody need.

I’ve had this CTD twice now, I get a low bandwidth warning (despite having a solid and secure internet connection) and bing maps disables itself. Both times when I’ve turned it back on it’s caused a CTD. I was flying PER-LHR and was 30 minutes out as well from the 17 hour flight. What a kick in the teeth!

I had this once several hours ago and I’m pretty certain it was a genuine server error as opposed to an internet drop out, a rare occurence for me but it can happen. Restarting MSFS and toggling online services brought things back to life after a few seconds delay.

But, if you flew several hours
and getting “offline scenery”, means that the world just looks blurry, i want to switch world data back on
or msfs should stop turning it off by itself. what should never happen is that just turning it back on that msfs CTD
They should fix the reason for the red “offline warning” and not make the warning gone auto switch data offline
 thats weired
they should disable this red warning message without switching something offline and make the ctd when i want to switch it on.
