thx for the imput, but i have already tried all the steps in this troubleshoot guide, with no success

Did you go through the linked articles in there as well?

yes,

How to fix loading issues after clicking “Play”

How to restore the sim to its vanilla state to get back in game

How to troubleshoot crashing on the loading screen issues

How to get past the “Checking for Updates” screen

All done with no luck :frowning:(

Going crazy with that… as eveerything else works perfectly ( Even tied stress test with cinebench)

Try updating all apps in the Windows Store. In the past, I’ve had a similar issue and it turned out the Xbox app was out of date. :crossed_fingers:

all apps are up to date… just checked again :frowning:

I had this problem and in windows settings go to repair then click reset and reinstall the whole sim and it fixed it. Although this might be
How to restore the sim to its vanilla state to get back in game.

thx for your help.
I’m sitting right now on 3 reinstalls…via the store, xbox apps…

Worse case scenario is reinstall windows? Or before that delete everything single thing from MSFS on your computer.

If you continue to have issues after going through those lists, I would consider going to the “Support” tab at the top of the page, and putting in a “Submit a Request” for MSFS assistance.

unfortunately for me, it is a windows fresh install… just changed mobo and cpu, so had to do it :stuck_out_tongue:

I’m having the same issue… i’m doing the 3rd reinstall now… it worked fine for a few days but since yesterday it will just crash during loading or just after.
To make things worse it crashes without any error.

I’ve tried:

  • “fix installation” from the xbox app
  • compatibility mode
  • run as admin
  • reinstall
  • updated GPU drivers (nvidia 4070)

I think that the next step is reinstalling windows even if it’s a long task that I do not wanna do

Try this, I know it’s about stutters but clearing the DX cache could clear out a possible corrupted file:

Note the pinned comment about slight difference for 40 series GPUs.
