CTD during loading screen at approx 80-90%

ISSUE DESCRIPTION

Main Menu attempts to load when the game starts, gets through about 80-90% of the status bar and then crashes.

It occurs everytime I start the game.

FaultID: 1580454241713392903, type 4

I have tried to use the troubleshooting guide for:

1. Sim freezes/crashes before fully loading

2. Crashing CTD’s Basic troubleshooting

3. Crashing CDT’s Advanced troubleshooting

Troubleshooting included using a DDU to remove and reinstall NVIDIA drives, and also making sure I have US Language pack and correct time/date syncing automatically.

I am on PC - not on Developer mode

Currently using DX12.

GPU is NVIDIA RTX 3070
