Brief description of the issue:
The sim crashes during the new splash window in windows desktop (Loading game). 0x000005 . I did everything I could imagine, and realized I had to reinstall the whole game, so I did and it worked - ONCE. Now I’m back to CTD even before leaving the desktop…
