Using latest stable version with everything updated. was working fine yesterday and startup today keep getting this.

Check to see if Windows is current on updates. After checking, restart your device.
Then check the MS Store app for any updates, if any, restart your device again.

There was an answer to this on the Steam Forums:
Later on they also mentioned “You must update your DirectX oder Graffik Card Drivers”
I guess they mean their GPU drivers.
Update OS (windows 10/11) to the latest version via windows update - also install optional updates.
