CTD + Install corruption when downloading 1.21.13.0

On PC using Windows Store version, empty Community Folder.

When downloading the mandatory updates of 1.21.13.0, MSFS crashes to desktop right after decompressing fs-base-0.1.206.fspatch.001.
Afterwards, MSFS installation seems corrupted and refuses to start.

=> Currently, can’t even start the game.

Computer is up-to-date (as of yesterday) and memory was checked as advised in other threads.

Previously, could “repair” the game from the MS store, but couln’t find the option now.
Haven’t yet tried the full reinstallation (because this is several DL hours DL) so process is to uninstalla / install the game and restore the content of the Package / Official folder to skip the redownload part.

Are others facing the same issue ? Any solution I missed ?

FYI, exact same issue when re installing from scratch, except that it CTD while decompressing fs-base-0.1.205.fspatch.001.
Afterwards installation is corrupted too.

Same here. Crashes out on same exact file.

Empty community folder. I have uninstalled 100%, emptied the Official folder, and reinstalled, and after downloading the same exact thing happens.

Just for your information, after reinstalling the whole package I crossed checked the CTD checklist from zendesk and found out the speech/voice setting (langage pack US) was not correct.
After correcting it and restarting the update, all went smooth…

Can you please check it on your side ?
