CTD near Van Nuys Airport (Twice)

I tried my flight from Palm Springs to Van Nuys twice. In both cases, there was a CTD around 15 miles from the destination airfield. I checked the event log twice. Both of them were caused by
grammar.pggmod. The exception code was also the same both times.

Sim: FS2024
Aircraft: Cessna 172 Cargo

The event log is as follows.

I have been having the same problems in both SU2 and SU3 beta. Crashes when I approach LA and other big cities. Somebody claimed that deactivating navigraph solves the problem, I haven’t gotten around to trying that yet.

I uninstalled all Navigraph apps before launching the sim. I took off from Van Nuys this time from runway 16R. Around 13.9 miles south, CTD again.

Sorry to hear, I will start my tests soon.

CTD on approach to Oakland as well.

Same faulting module?

I did not keep track of that one. But I did another flight of 2 hours from Santa Barbara to Oakland and guess what? CTD again. At this point, one cannot call this a bug. It is a feature.

As a matter of fact, if you select free flight and hover around the airport selection menu and zoom in and out of the scenery, you will get a CTD.

Sounds like exact same issue I had. Crash everytime I get close to a big city, 100% of the time. I updated my BIOS and haven’t had one crash since. Suggest you update your BIOS.

I didn’t have any issues before SU2 though. How would that suddenly happen?

I updated my BIOS. I don’t have issues so far. The stuttering of my CPU seemed to improve after BIOS update.
