CTD since SU7 patch when oculus desktop is running

Are you on Steam or Microsoft Store version? Store

Are you using Developer Mode or made changes in it? No

Brief description of the issue:
CTD before pressing “fly” when Oculus desktop running on PC (even if not connected to Oculus and FS not in VR mode).
Tried safe mode as well - same issue.

I’m getting event log faults for both MSFS and Oculus:

Provide Screenshot(s)/video(s) of the issue encountered:
N/A - CTD
Detail steps to reproduce the issue encountered:
Launch Oculus; Launch MSFS (or vice-versa - order doesn’t matter)
Set up ANY flight on world map and get to the screen where you can “fly”
Wait a few seconds - CTD. Don’t need to hit “fly”; don’t need to ctrl-tab to vr mode.

PC specs and/or peripheral set up of relevant:
Oculus Quest 2; Windows 11; NUC 9i7QNX
Build Version # when you first started experiencing this issue:
Jan patch SU7 (worked before that) - note this first occurred without a change in Oculus versions - I then updated to see if the issue resolved (it was not().

Note that if I do not launch the oculus desktop app FS does not CTD.
