Brief description of the issue:
I’m able to download just one photogrammetry area to Manual Cache (Copenhagen). Manual Cache UI is still broken, the grid is moving independently from the backgound map, but I can overcome it by unmarking one tile and by using it as a reference to the map feature just below it.
Whenever I start downloading 2nd region to Manual Cache (e.g. London), the sim crashes a couple of minutes after the download start (CTD).
Maunal Cache wored pretty OK until the US World Update, then it was broken by Asobo and mostly abandoned 
This si a pity for users like me with slow Internet (5 Mbps), the Manual Cache was the only option to use photogrammetry, one of the hallmark sim features, which worked nice at the launch in August and was broken by Asobo.

Detail steps to reproduce the issue encountered:
Define Manual Cache (50 GB in my case). Download one area to Manual Cache (photogrammetry area e.g. Copenhagen - 4.4 GB of data). Define 2nd area (photogrammetry area e.g. most of London east of 0 meridian - I mean quite a big area, I would say 30 screens screens of high resoultion grid - this should result in at least 10 GB of download) and start downloading. You will have CTD in a couple of minutes while downloading.

No, I submitted already several bugs to Zendesk, not fixed since September 2020, so the entire Zendesk story makes limited sense to me. This is official bug forum thread, so if Asobo is interested in fixing the bugs, they can read here. If they are not interested - I will not bother either.

Please dont link with the other bug report related to Manual Cache, as here I have issue with 2nd area, not the 1st, so it’s probably a separate issue. I noticed some simlar reports on the Internet.
