CTD when I run Netflix windows app

Hello! Simmers.

After releasing of MSFS 2024, there were fixes and patches from MS/Asobo. I have faced numerous CTDs while running MSFS 2024, but I recently found this.

During the cruise of long range flight, I usually run Netflix windows app. As soon as I run the Netflix, MSFS crashes. It happens not all the time and in percentage wise, I would say it’s 75% chance.

Are there anybody having this kind of situation.

Fyi, my desktop setup is 78x3d, 64GB, RTX4080s, one QHD and one FHD monitor.

Try monitoring your CPU, memory and vram usage when running both MSFS and Netflix. If you’re maxing them out then either of the programs will crash to avoid a PC crash.

As mentioned sounds like a resource contention issue.

Although I know @Crunchmeister71 use to run into an issue a long time ago where he’d CTD if he ran youtube.

Wasn’t a resource issue, just some oddity.

Not sure if he ever figured it out.
