Simply I cannot install this new aircraft.
CTD every time I try to install it. I tried 3 times already.

okay… that amount of memory should normaly be enough that you not run into a memory issue. But to be sure can you check your free space on disc ( main drive ) and your pagefile settings.
Some users disabled pagefile, then please set it back to “system managed”. In case it is already on “system managed” you can try a test to increase it manualy to a min:8 max:32 GIG value.

Got it installed eventually. I went to content manager and installed the plane first (CTD after the plane installed)
then installed the liveries one by one, didn´t crashed but each livery froze the sim for a minute a least each time.
If anyone has the same issue, try installing the plane first, without liveries, that´s what (I guess) solved it.
