Brief description of the issue:

CTD when selecting online players on world map- If you want to spawn on player, pressing them causes freeze then CTD instantly. Replicated 5 times with same results

Yes- Highlight Players on world map

Many issues may be due to an outdated graphics card. Please state your Graphics Card Driver Manufacturer (NVIDIA, Intel, AMD) and Version (Learn how to find your current graphics card driver version):

Nvidia 4070ti latest driver

PC specs and peripheral set up:

Yes. I am still testing so I use Add-on Linker to remove all my Addons, the only ones I have remaining is

CTD when selecting online players on world map - If you want to spawn on player, pressing them causes freeze then CTD instantly. I can also replicate with 100% repro. Tested around London Heathrow

And watch out. Not all players do this. Only some of them fail.
Possible connection to Sim crashes when zooming in at the worldmap

I often used to get this – I don’t anymore, because I have learnt by the CTDs, not to click directly on a Friend on the World Map – just click “Close to them”

  • Close enough and pick your battles ..
