Brief description of the issue:
When going to external view and moving the camera around the Airplane, image will freeze and CTD around 2-3 Seconds later

Not always reproducable, change from cockpit view to outside view and move the camera by mouse - seems to happen with live weather mostly
PC specs and peripheral set up:
AMD 5900x
RTX 3080ti
64gig Ram
