Description of the issue:
If you try to record some footage using the Nvidia PC app (using alt + F9) the sim ultimately crashes to desktop.

REPRODUCTION STEPS
Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:
- Run MSFS24
- Start a free flight
- Hit alt + F9 if you are on the default Nvidia settings for recording → the Nvidia message for “recording started” will appear, the sim will freeze and crash to desktop without a single frame being recorded
