Custom made Aerial Images Do not Show Up in MSFS2024

Most of German military airports are pixeled out (or blurry) in the Bing Maps used as aerials in MSFS 2024.
Custom made aerial images in MSFS 2024 proprietary .cgl format do not show up in MSFS 2024.
I re-built the custom aerial project using the ‘SimpleAerial’ template, coming with the MSFS 2024 SDK, but without success.
Does any creator of custom airports face the same issue?
I don’t know wether I made a mistake or it’s a sim issue.

I think the CGL show up but gets a prioritary blurry mask on top of it anyway.
I have several add-ons featuring custom ground imagery and they do seem to work outside of military areas. I wish third party devs can find a workaround. My birth region (Toulon, french riviera) has a huge blurry area that covers all the coast and beautiful islands

I did hope, concerning the blurry mask above military areas, you are wrong. However, I also have a CGL over a non-blurry area in the Bing Map and it perfectly shows up. So you are right.
Do you know if this is Microsoft’s intention, or is it a bug?
I didn’t find the issue adressed anywhere else in the forums.

I have very similar issue. Over my airport there was a cloud so MS did some sort of erasing it using a generic texture. No I cant get my custom CGL to be visible. Is there any fix to this yet? In FS2020 the CGL shows up perfectly.

Any news on this?

There seems to be a solution in Beta SU2.
