I’ve seen posts about the “floating runway lights” issue but haven’t really found an answer. I’m running on Xbox and I’m able to recreate the phenomenon with the same flight from CYQA to CYLS in low light conditions with a variety of planes. I don’t have any “aftermarket” add ons installed. I’ve included a couple of screen shots to show the issue.
