CYVR transition information

When selecting an approach (Cessna Longitude to CYVR) with the TAVPI transition, the sequence is TAVPI - BUBEL - TAVPI - RW08R . Where does MSFS gets this information from? Why 2 x TAVPI? Is this wrong?

This is a Procedure Turn approach that passes TAVPI on the outbound and then again on the inbound leg. See the charts below.

With aircraft using the WT G1000 Nxi the complete approach including the Procedure Turn (PT) leg would be reflected on the flight plan.
