Periodic disengage of autopilot itself or parts of it (Alt.hold, auto-throttle, NAV1 Hold)

Sorry, I know “periodic” is the worst bug to fix, but I’ve been doing a couple of flights now, and periodically I’ve lost autothrottle, altitude hold, NAV1 Hold. No idea why, as I’m not touching any controls.
PC specs and/or peripheral set up if relevant:
Logitech x56 stick and throttle.
