Good morning,
I’m flying the DA40 180 (XLS) with G1000 in my school and I’ve been looking everywhere to see if I could find a mod of this aircraft but I can only find the DA40 NG which doesn’t have the variable Pitch propeller.
Do you guys know if there is any mod about this aircraft?

I, too, fly the DA40 standard model in real life with a constant speed prop and Garmin G1000. I wish I could find a third-party aircraft like this.
Unfortunately no, I haven’t been able to find it. I looked everywhere so I kinda gave up. I just used the standard NG with the Simionic G1000 for my upcoming IREX rating but it’s a shame not having the XLS. If you ever find it, please let me know.
I wonder if they’ll let you break into the FM and swap the engine and prop with the 172. You just wouldn’t have a pitch lever animated on the quad. Not sure if the gauges would be goofy, but I bet it’d work.
ETA: I’d probably take a flightsim.to DA40 improvement mod, and replace the prop/engine information with that of a modded 172FM(since it’s all accessible and easily removed/undone) And see what happens. Can use the same 172 sounds/whatever from the 172 mod.
Pretty sure it’s a 360 in there.

Awesome! Any chance of doing the DV20 justice? A lot of us start flight training in that one and it would be great to have one in the sim, preferably an analog 90’s variant.
