ISSUE DESCRIPTION

Description of the issue:
When I select the DA62 and try to configure the livery, the sim crashes.

[PC Only] Did you remove all your community mods/add-ons? If yes, are you still experiencing the issue?

FREQUENCY OF ISSUE

How often does this occur for you (Example: Just once, every time on sim load, intermittently)? This occurs 100% of the time

REPRODUCTION STEPS

  1. Free flight
  2. Select Da62
  3. Go to configure and make any livery change

What peripherals are you using, if relevant:
VRInsight MCP2, Honeycomb Alpha Honeycomb Bravo and Logitech Rudder pedals

[PC Only] Are you using Developer Mode or have you made any changes to it? No I am not using Dev mode

[PC, MSFS 2020 Only] Are you using DX11 or DX12?

[PC Only] Many issues may be due to an outdated graphics card. Please state your Graphics Card Driver Manufacturer (NVIDIA, Intel, AMD) and Version: NVIDIA Driver 572.24

[PC Only] What other relevant PC specs can you share? i13900k, 4090 Graphics card, NVME drives all updated drivers/Bios

• No. I tried both variations of the DA-62 with all the provided liveries, and didn’t have any CTDs.

Provide extra information to complete the original description of the issue:
• MS/store using DX12 with Nvidia driver 572.16. I don’t use DX11, so I didn’t add the hotfix driver.

After some testing I could never find the issue. I followed the “Loading Issues” steps and

Deleted the Community Folder
Deleted the Streaming Packages

The last suggestion worked. I deleted the Cloud save and, as of now, all is working again. Sad to lose progress, but deleting the cloud was the solution that worked.
