weight and fuel manager say aux tanks are full but when selected on the plane it shows they are empty and engines die. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the plane and restarting the game multiple times and nothing worked.

AUX tanks are non functional. Main selector set to either AUX tanks, booster pumps ON, Fuel Mixture Rich. No Fuel pressure and no fuel quantity when fuel gauge is set to AUX tanks.

What is extra strange is if you run out of fuel in a tank while in flight, switching tanks doesn’t get the engine restarted even though the unfeathered propeller is windmilling. Note, too, that the oil pressure will read zero even though the unfeathered propeller is windmilling. That is not how mechanical oil pumps driven by engine rotation work!
What is extra crazy, is you have to use the engines’ electric starters to restart the engines, while in-flight after the change to auxiliary tanks, even though the unfeathered propellers are windmilling. Windmilling means the engine is turning, which means positive oil pressure and positive fuel pressure due to mechanical pumps being driven (barring any mechanical failures, but we’re talking about simple fuel exhaustion and switching to alternate tanks here).
There is far more to this issue than the engines dying when the tank selector switches are changed to an alternate tank.

I set up my aircraft will full main and aux tanks, loaded into the sim, began the start procedure. Upon cycling my fuel guages, I noticed the aux tanks read as empty. I called the fuel truck, fuel truck reported aux tanks were full. I then checked the fuel loadout in the custom bar, same thing, full aux tanks. Which I thought was odd, since I could have sworn I was running the aux tanks just fine a few weeks ago.
It then dawned on me, I recently installed the DC3-Enhanced pack, where I noticed very different flight characteristics than from stock. So I decided to test and see if uninstalling the DC3-Enchanced pack would fix this issue. And yes, yes it does.
There appears to be an error somewhere in your DC3-Enhanced pack, that fails to register that the aux tanks have fuel. Reverting to the stock DC3 is a temp fix, until this is patched.

I have had this problem since the DC3 was first introduced, have tried all different methods to alleviate the problem, nothing works. Also the left tank shows in the off position at the start, but once it is moved to left main it can’t be moved back to the off position any other position is ok. I can only assume it’s bugged considering the response on the subject.
