I noticed a phenomenon, when using external view, at default view angle and size it looked fantastic, but once I zoom out the canopy window becomes pink, might be zoom related issue

I don’t know - but it seems to me it would defeat the purpose of MSFS’s desire to maintain a family friendly rating, as well as negating the purpose of the Marketplace altogether.
