It’s been more than 6 days since I purchased the Aviator edition of msfs2024 and still waiting for the “free” De Havilland aircraft that never showed up-
Send tickets, contacted support.. nothing.. I already payed $200 plus taxes for nothing?

Yes, as I did. It didn’t take long for it to show up. I suspect those who are saying they don’t have it yet may have misunderstood how it was going to be delivered, or perhaps more accurately made some inaccurate assumptions.
I followed the requested form of the Zendesk report and 12 hours later she was there to download in the content manager.
I am fairly certain that they simply set a certain amount of their workforce to process these specific reports. Everything else not following that precise standard is going on a separate pile and will be processed later.
But if you truly think you paid 200$ for nothing, because you did not yet receive the CL-415, I am afraid you are going to be disappointed. She is fun enough, but hardly that much fun.
