Debugging why is the game stuck at downloading/installing the first package in Installation Manager

A few days ago many airplanes are having weird issues in game so I decided to a fresh install of the game.
I uninstalled the game on Steam, I deleted the “Official” and the “Community” directory, I deleted %AppData%/Microsoft Flight Simulator, then I reinstalled the game and started it, selected a new directory for the Mandatory Update for the Installation Manager and started downloading.
Somehow it stuck at downloading the first package, and in the newly created “Official” directory created by the game a few files with its name ends with fspackage.part appeared and disappeared repeatedly, and the download progress never progresses.
I followed the instructions from:

I rebooted my computer many times and the issue persists.

I want to troubleshoot this issue and I desperately want to know where can I find the log file? or something similar like stdout? so I an read it and try to figure out why did the game decided to retry downloading a file infinite times without showing me a error message like “the file hash doesn’t match” or “TLS handshake failed: untrusted certificate” or anything that could be useful.

This Support Checklist is a good place to start:

Thank you but it isn’t helpful, what I want to know is why is the game stuck at downloading files and deleting it repeatedly instead of following some guides and prey for the god.
Also I forgot to mention at the start of the post: I deleted the “Official” AND the “Community” directory all together. I’ve edited the post to reflect such change.
I myself is a software developer and an Arch Linux user, it’s not me being over confident but I’m pretty sure I have good debugging skills and I want to know exactly what caused the game’s unexpected behaviour.

I doubt you will be able to.
In all my years on this forum, I have never seen any case where one was able to say that a certain line of code caused the issue.

If you are able to get the sim going without using the checklist, it would be very helpful to others here if you could post the solution!
