Decisions, decisions (CRJ or JustFlight Turbo Arrow)

Aerosoft CRJ or JustFlight Turbo Arrow?

Both are great and I don’t regret either purchase at all. I get a lot of joy from both aircrafts.

All really will depend if you will do more airliner hauls or GA flying, if it is coming down to one or the other…
I don’t think you will regret either purchase whichever way you go

Good question !! I’ve had the same a few weeks ago and I bought both in the end. Not regretting my choice but if I had to chose , the piper turbo is awesome ! I hated the regular piper arrow 3 but the turbo is what I needed for my steam gauge needs. It has the look , the feel , and the power. Love it
CRJ on the other hand is awesome as well but not that much better in my opinion than the Working Title CJ4 to justify investing that much cash.
All in all , both are good choices. Add a spitfire and you’ll be in heaven !!

Thanks for the replies. At least I have an idea that I can’t go wrong either way.

I’m not much of a long haul guy. I like to keep my trips to no more than 2 hours. The Working Title CJ4 is my go to if I want high and fast. But I still like getting back to my GA roots, too. I was trained in Cessnas and if I could find a C-177 Cardinal RG it would get some serious consideration. The Arrow seems to be a good compromise.

Lots of flights in the CRJ are under 2hrs. many many even under 1hr. Thats why i like the CRJ as an airliner.

That’s why I’m considering it. Designed for shorter flights and a good level of complexity.

You know you’re eventually gonna buy them all, might as well do it now…

They are both my top favorites. I switch between both so much, I might be wearing out my bravo throttle handles. Both are excellent and you cant go wrong with either one.

I bought and use both all the time. All my CRJ flights are mostly less than an hour and it’s fun to fly an airliner into small regional mountain airports. The arrow is all I use for VFR GA flying now. Can’t go wrong either one you chose. I’d say just get both if you can.

Just Flight is impressive both with their product and their support!

I took the plunge and bought the CRJ a couple of days ago, and haven’t regretted it. Most of the flights are well under a couple of hours. it was a steep learning curve from flying the A320NX for over 300 hours, but well worth it.

Definitely CRJ in my view. At least it has lots of systems to learn unlike in the Piper. For me Piper is overpriced. £10-15 would’ve been a good price for all 3 variants but as it stands £40-60 is far from it. Most of DCS aircraft cost less than that while on sale yet they have ten times more complexity in them.

The crj is nice but if you already have and enjoy the wt cj4 then I’d go for the turbo arrow.
I have the crj and it’s very very nice, but the cj4 is so close to it.
The arrow is simply the best GA out there and it’s a joy.
Msfs has some awesome scenery, at least one good GA should be on everyone’s installation.
Can’t see much of the alps at 35k ft.

where do I find updates for the Just Flight Warrior III?

Here you go mate. Though, it is the II they have in development currently

It is sort of like saying "should I buy a Ferrari or a Jeep " . Two totally different aircraft.

Just go back to the link you downloaded from the first time and download again to get the updated installer.

I have the CRJ which I really enjoy. I think it is one of the best available now if you want to fly an airliner into some level of detail.

For GA, I fly a lot with the Britten-Norman BN-2 Islander or the Mooney. Both also nice ones, although quality wise I think the Arrow is a higher level than both of these two.
