Xbox/PC screens go black then CTD Aircraft & Systems

Incredible, still no solution? A week ago I got the Xbox just for MSFS. Yesterday I wanted to fly long distances. After 2 hours everything was black in the Cockpit, but the engines were still running. Is this a joke? The simulator is absolutely useless. Should everyone who has this problem send a ticket now?
