A magneto in an airbus? Haha Have they lost their minds?
I did 3 flights yesterday with the default A320neo and 2 of the flights I suffered avionics failure. Batteries are on all the time.
Funny thing is, the bug gets much worse than just avionics switching off. I lost both engines last night once I turned on my Apu after landing. Approximately 1min after avionics loss.
So as you can imagine the aircraft was completely in the dark once this happened. I checked the two battery switches and they were still on but all power gone to engines.
What a joke that they come back with that ridiculous response.
