Default aircraft are listed as New in Marketplace

Description of the issue: Default aircraft from the Deluxe and Premium Deluxe editions are listed in the Marketplace as New. The Marketplace does not differentiate between updates and initial release. There is not a tag or indicator on the icon to indicate it is an update.

MEDIA

Hello @Marnacle00,

The aircraft you are seeing are not part of the Standard Edition of Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 but are instead in the Deluxe or Premium Deluxe Editions. These aircraft are now available to purchase from the Marketplace individually for players who don’t wish to upgrade to the full Deluxe or Premium Deluxe Edition but would just like a few of the included aircraft. The team is adding more of these aircraft each week which is why they are showing as newly available on the Marketplace.

Thanks,
MSFS Team

Ah, that makes sense. I didn’t see those aircraft in the Dev Blog update or SU3 notes.

I think that explains some but not all of what’s being seen - there do seem to be some issues with how Marketplace products are displayed when sorted by “Newest”. Here are some examples:

Grumman G-111 shows towards the top of the list and the product details show the following:

How could it have released 2 weeks ago when the last update was 5 months ago? Also it was included in the March 11th development update as having been released that week.

C188 AgTruck shows similar when it was also originally released the week of March 11th.

Most, if not all, of the other default (Deluxe, Premium Deluxe) aircraft showing at the top of the list when sorting by Newest are the same or similar.
