Default Beechcraft King Air 350i Missing Rain Windshield Effects

ISSUE DESCRIPTION

Description of the issue: When heavy precipitation is present (when the aircraft is both on the ground and airborne) there are no windshield effects for rain present on the default King Air 350i.

FREQUENCY OF ISSUE

How often does this occur for you (Example: Just once, every time on sim load, intermittently)? Every time precipitation is present and should be generating windshield effects.

REPRODUCTION STEPS

Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:

1. Begin a flight with the Beechcraft King Air 350i

2. Configure the weather for heavy precipitation

3. Observe the lack of windshield effects for rain

I see the same. This is on SU5, with custom weather set to rain. In external view, I see rain on the rest of the airframe, but nothing on the windows.

I was going to try with live weather at an airport currently experiencing a rain storm, but live weather seems to be down for me at the moment, so I can’t check that scenario.
