Brief description of the issue:
The default flap speeds and limits in the MFD GTC > PERF > Flap Speeds are wrong

Detailed steps to reproduce the issue encountered:
MFD GTC > PERF > Flap Speeds defaults are 200/200/160/140 KIAS
The speeds posted on the Dash placard above the MFD are 250/230/230/180 KIAS, which are correct.
The limits that can be set in the GTC are 230/230/180/180 KIAS.
The defaults are wrong and the limits prevent setting the Flaps 1 and Flaps 2 settings to the correct values.
