Default KJFK in '24 has too many planes blocking gates

I just flew into KJFK with mutiplayer and traffic turned OFF, and around 80% of the gates in Terminal 4’s B concourse are taken up by planes (many are planes that would never be at JFK, but that’s less important)…

Is there any way to change that / turn it off?
