Just landed yesterday and noticed that at LPPT with default airac, STARs are completely missing and approaches do not display correctly. Furthermore the visual approaches still refer to the old runway layout (03/21) instead of the new designation 02/20.
Cannot recreate missing STARs - please see the Little Nav Map screenshot which is reading off the current SU9 Navdata (stock).
I had a mismatch flying into Lisbon as well (many weeks ago). The FMC in the FBW A320 did not match the runways shown in LNM. It was very odd because I have Navigraph installed and think I have everything updated.
I didn’t investigate it more. I did see some posts on the Navigraph forum about the recent runway update in real life, so maybe my subscription at that time was in-between updates? I haven’t gone back and checked recently.
So, yes I’ve seen this, if it makes you feel any better 
Please note - Topic Author states in title “Default NAVAID” which would lead us to believe they’re referring to stock Navdata and not Navigraph.
Please try to recreate Topic Author’s problem using stock Navdata only - this is the best way to gain confidence the defect is consistently reproducible.
Indeed, that’s why I found my issue so odd. I would have expected Navigraph to be correct, so maybe there is/was some other issue impacting both of us.
It was an issue with an old afcad I had installed and I forgot. Removing the afcad solved the issue. Sorry.
